Accepting the Terms and Conditions of CONTRACT KIT (hereinafter "the Service") is a necessary condition for its use. Please read these terms carefully before using our Service.
1. Service Description
CONTRACT KIT is an online platform that offers legal document templates (contracts and forms) that users can customize with their own data and download in DOCX format.
Documents generated by CONTRACT KIT are informational templates and do not constitute legal advice. For complex situations, we recommend consulting a lawyer.
2. Pricing and Subscriptions
CONTRACT KIT offers the following plans:
- Trial Period: Full access to all document generation services for a period of 48 hours, at the price of 7.50 Lei.
- Premium Subscription: If you do not cancel within the 48-hour trial period, you will be automatically subscribed to the Premium plan for 200 Lei per month. This subscription provides unlimited access to all documents and platform features.
Displayed prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, with prior notification to active users.
3. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed through third-party secure payment providers (Stripe). We do not store your card data on our servers.
By making a payment, you confirm that you are the holder or authorized user of the payment method.
Premium subscription billing occurs monthly on the subscription anniversary date. You will be notified by email before each charge.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
In accordance with European e-commerce legislation, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase, unless you have already downloaded or accessed the generated documents.
By downloading a document, you confirm that you waive your right of withdrawal for that specific document, as the service has been fully provided.
For refund requests, contact us at contact@contract-kit.com within 24 hours of purchase.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- The cancellation page available on the website
- The "Settings" section in your personal space
- Sending an email to contact@contract-kit.com
After cancellation, you will lose access to your entire personal space, including previously generated documents. Cancellation is irreversible.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CONTRACT KIT or its content providers and is protected by Romanian and international copyright laws.
Documents generated by users based on our templates may be freely used for personal or professional purposes.
Reproduction, modification, distribution, or resale of templates or platform content without prior written consent from CONTRACT KIT is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Documents provided by CONTRACT KIT are general-purpose templates and do not constitute personalized legal advice. CONTRACT KIT does not guarantee that the documents are suitable for your specific situation.
CONTRACT KIT assumes no liability for:
- Losses or damages resulting from the use of generated documents
- Errors or omissions in document content
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- Actions of third parties or legislative changes after document generation
The maximum liability of CONTRACT KIT is limited to the amount paid by the user for the respective service.
8. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the website. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
Data entered in document generation forms is used exclusively for creating the requested document and is not shared with third parties.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or by visible notice on the site.
Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
